🔁 Teez Palace Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you need to request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility:
Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
Must be in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, or you may choose an exchange of equal value.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange for the same item, please contact us.
Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Additional Notes:
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
